Introduction
Now,
career guidance is urgently needed for all walks
of life, both for students of elementary, junior high, and high school. They
need this program because this program is a program that is used to help
them in order to be able to plan their career will be reached. Especially
university students, they also need the career guidance
program so that they are able to plan their future careers. In this
article the researchers want to explain about the impact of the absence of
career guidance programs on university student.
Discussions
Now, urgency of the
career guidance programme is very needed. All student in elementary, junior
high, high school, and university need it. The programme is very important
because this program will help the students to develop career and can help them
to plan his career. This program can also give information about the workforce
and how the competition.
When the programme of
career guidance is not being governed it would impact very terrible. In
research describe by Sung dan Yuen (2012) about analysis of Chinese papers an articles on career guidance. The
result can be seen that the fact of Chinese papers and articles on career
guidance have been mostly written after 2004. It is verry worrying because the
program of career guidace has been mentioned long time ago.
The next result describe by Yang and You (2010) about career
guidance needs. This research was conducted by questionnaire to spread 400
students university in Taiwannes University. The result findings may be more
tentative than assertive and may not be explorated to other domestic or
overseas universities.
Conclusions
From both the result
can be known how impacts if the absence of guidance a career in a student.The
impact of that is a student in china new make paper about the guidance of a
career in 2004 and also students could not be explored inside and outside the
country.
